I.M.Tech or Industrial Manufacturing Technologies was established in 1999 and came about because of the frustrating year’s our management team spent working for other people seeing how things should not be done!
We specialise in subcontract manufacture of prototypes, special tooling, jigs, fixtures and CNC batch production of precision components.
Our Facility
On the 30th October 2005 we opened our new 8,000 sq ft facility at Eastway Business Park in Limerick.
At this time and over the last number of year’s we have continuously invested in the most up to date plant machinery and all our vertical machining centres come equipped with 4th axis.
This allows us to machine several faces of a component in one clamping operation giving improved accuracy and repeatability. It allows us to reduce the number of setups and therefore shortens cycle times.
